Met Monti after a friend recommended him and couldn't have made a better choice for a sellers agent. He was very knowledgable about the local market and clear in explaining the process and all expenses I would incur. He kept me informed and was in touch with updates on an almost daily basis. If you are in the market to sell or buy a house Monti Joines is the clear choice and I will use him for any future real estate transactions!

Monti was great! He took care of everything for me as I moved out of state while my house was for sale! Considering the house was for sale in the middle of Winter, it didn't take but a few months to get it sold! Thanks Monti!!

Monti was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend his services. He offered honest and helpful advice. Sold our home in 10 days and is helping us find a new home now.

From day one when my wife and I started looking for homes, Monti was on it. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he promptly came up with some listings. Any question we had he answered quickly. When we found our home, we put an offer in and he set everything up with the buyers agent. With a couple bumps along the way, he got us through it and into settlement. He is very professional and polite! I would HIGHLY recommend Monti Joines as your real estate agent!!

Monti was extremely helpful when I needed help finding the perfect house with a huge garage and yard in the PA and MD areas. He has a great personality which makes spending many hours with him very enjoyable. He always kept my budget in mind and fought fast and hard during negotiations to bring our settling price down much lower. I highly recommend his services.
